NICE TO MEET YOU
I am a wedding videographer, based in Central Bedfordshire, UK. I was born and brought up in Goa, India. I moved to the UK in 2013 and I am also an Illustrator by profession.
MY STORY
My passion for filming began as a hobby in 2018 when I first picked up a film camera and has since grown into a true art form. Before that I did a lot of artistic work, painting portraits etc. But my love was really in the moving image and the emotions it could bring, the stories that could be told. It wasn’t just a single moment in time or something posed – it was a living breathing thing. The mix of image, sound, music and colour to make you feel something.
Everybody has their own style of filming and editing and as I have gone through the years, I have developed my own style. I got the opportunity to film my first-ever wedding back in 2018 - a nerve-wracking, yet truly exciting experience. Being in a room where there was so much love for two people, I realised a wedding is an event which needs to be captured cinematically, so I picked up my camera and pursued a career in wedding videography.
My films are a souvenir of your wedding day, they are not boring hour-long wedding films with clips thrown together, nor do they all follow a particular format. My films are creatively designed to suit you, whether your day is emotional or one wild party. I like to blend the emotion of a wedding day with the fun to create something that allows you to smile but also bring a tear to the eye.
I spend hours editing and I obsess over every little second to make my films perfect for you. From the initial meeting I am already piecing together your wedding film in my head, understanding you as a couple and mapping out how I am going to film your day.
I'm not satisfied with creating the same wedding film for each couple. I want to innovate, improve and tell better stories with every wedding video I shoot.
My experience with the camera doesn’t only stop at weddings. I love filming music videos, pre wedding shoots etc.
Did I also mention I love travelling? I cover weddings all over the UK and even internationally! I’m like a happy wanderer with a camera, always ready for an adventure. Whether it’s the rolling hills of Scotland, the charming villages of England, or somewhere exotic abroad, I’m thrilled to capture your special day wherever it takes us!
